RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate life insurance sales through prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-up.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.

  • Explain coverage options and guide customers from application through policy issuance.

  • Build lasting relationships through attentive service and policy reviews.

  • Meet sales goals while maintaining accurate records and following agency procedures and applicable regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three years of experience selling life insurance required.

  • Active Life Insurance license.

  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and close business.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to stay organized, take initiative, and work independently.

This is a remote position.

Compensation $80,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
