"I was on line searching for insurance coverage for my car. Insurance agents I found were not helpful. They offered to call me back and never did. After searching for a while, I got Ms Zoie. Her phone etiquette, and her tone of voice were very pleasant, and welcoming. She politely asked me how she could help me? I explained to her that I need Insurance coverage for my vehicle, and I need the policy that I can afford. She patiently, and painstakingly found the one that will be good for me. She also advised me to take an online course that could help me lower my cost which I found very helpful . Ms Zoie, was empathetic, very respectful, and exuded exquisite professionalism. She has what it takes to be in her position, and she needs to be encouraged to bring out the Best in her, for she has a lot to offer to this Company. I was, and I am still impressed with her work ethic. Thank you."

"State Farm is terrible. The agent is merely a sales person. They cannot actually help you with a claim. You are sent to an offshore call center where its completely formulaic (talk track) and they cannot actually talk to you like you are a human and answer real questions. My car was parked at a repair shop and a truck hit a fence that fell on my car and did a bunch of damage all over the car. The estimate from the trucking company's insurance was $6,000. They sent a person to my home to look at the car. I did call one of their body shops *Georgia Luxury Automotive Norcross) and they would only do estimates via an AI app and refused to even look at the car. The only way to get an estimate was via AI. The estimate they sent in was 1/2 of what the trucking company that hit my car sent - it was $3,000. I've only ever used State Farm my whole life, and my parents used it before me. Just awful."

"Thanks David for a great job! I called today; getting a new policy w/State Farm saved me over half of what I was paying! Also David gave me recommendations for additional insurance policies. The process was easy. I think I’ll be with State Farm for a while. 2 years in and i say RUN!!!!!! State Farm is a scam!!!! When I finally had to do a claim the field adjuster was rude, came late, hung up on me when she called to deny my claim. I am leaving State Farm, and David is gone, that should have been my sign to leave State Farm then!"
