As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.   • Must be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
  • Self-Motivated
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
  • Experience in various computer applications, particularly Windows

Compensation $50,000-$82,000 Per Year
Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.
