Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Fully Remote - US

Cleo Meyer is an award-winning State Farm Agent who has proudly served her community since 2008 and who opened her second location in 2003. We’re looking for remote, motivated self-starters with a sales and insurance background who share in our mission of helping people manage the risks of every day life and recover from the unexpected. Requirements
  • Must Possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
  • 1 Year Minimum of State Farm Experience Required
  • Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
  • Self-Motivated
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
  • Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

  • Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
  • Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts.
  • Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Must be able to work hours of operation in Eastern Standard time zones.)
Compensation $50,000-$80,000 Per Year
Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.
About Cleo Meyer’s Agency Cleo opened her State Farm agency after working for State Farm in claims for nearly 20 years. While working in claims, she was given the opportunity to help people get through some of the most challenging times in their lives from car accidents to storms, State Farm was there to deliver the promise of being a good neighbor by helping others. Cleo’s desire to help others and become a trusted resource to the community she services, drove her to open her own agency. As a State Farm agent, Cleo can help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Cleo’s team strive to get to know our customers and match our products to their specific needs. Helping others is what we do as well as what we love.
